Upon successful gym tenant registration or platform subscription setup, access to the DumbWell gym management platform is delivered electronically. Password recovery services are available at https://account.dumbwell.in:
- Account Credentials: Gym operators receive login authorization credentials electronically.
- Immediate Tenant Provisioning: Gym management tools, member directory configuration, and QR attendance features are activated online immediately upon account provisioning.
2. Shipping Costs & Charges
Because all DumbWell software features are delivered digitally through web browsers and mobile application interfaces:
- There are zero physical shipping fees, handling charges, or courier costs.
